WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a wide range of creative design services, including logo design, branding, advertising and campaign design, printed materials, digital design (social media graphics, etc), and packaging design. HOW DO I START A PROJECT WITH FOUNDRY?
Starting a project with us is easy. Complete our BRIEFING FORM to receive a detailed quote and an outline of your project.

WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS?
Our design process typically includes the following steps: brief received from client, research and brainstorming, concept development, client feedback, revisions, and final delivery. Our process may vary depending on the size and scope of the project, but we believe in collaboration and keep you involved at every stage to ensure the final product aligns with your vision.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE A PROJECT?
The timeline for a project can vary based on its complexity and scope. On average, foundational branding projects can take 2-4 weeks, while larger projects like high level large corporation branding, campaign design and ongoing projects may take several weeks to months. We’ll provide a timeline with your project outline and quote.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our payment terms vary depending on the scale of the project. Most of our fixed packages are paid upfront. For projects valued at $10,000 or above, we generally require a deposit of 50% before commencing the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. Specific terms can be discussed during the proposal stage.

CAN I SEE EXAMPLES OF YOUR PREVIOUS WORK?
Absolutely. We showcase a PORTFOLIO of our work on our website. This includes a variety of projects we've completed for clients across different industries.

DO YOU OFFER REVISIONS? HOW MANY?
Yes, we include a set number of revisions in our project proposals. Typically, we offer 2-3 rounds of revisions for designs. Additional rounds of revisions may incur additional costs. We encourage open communication throughout the process to minimise the need for extensive revisions.

WHAT FILE FORMATS WILL I RECEIVE FOR MY FINAL DESIGNS?
Upon project completion, we provide files in various formats to suit your needs, including AI, PSD, PDF, JPG, and PNG. If you have specific requirements, just let us know.

DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS OUTSIDE OF YOUR LOCATION?
Yes, we work with clients both locally and globally. Our processes are designed to facilitate remote collaboration, so distance won’t be an issue. We can communicate through video calls, emails, and project management tools.
